Trail Building and Restoration
​

From hand tools to bulldozers to excavators, we have built and restored trails of many sizes in all sorts of terrain.  We can build a trail across the side of a mountain to access new areas of timber, or simply install erosion controls and water diversion devices on existing trails.  We can work with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to restore old trails that pose a risk of erosion.  With any trail work we do, maintaining clean water is a primary goal, and we closely follow AMP standards as outlined by the State of Vermont. 

Lot Clearing

The woods are a beautiful place to live.   We have the equipment and expertise to prepare raw forested land for development.  Our services include tree clearing, stump removal, access roads and driveways, septic preperation, utility trenching, drainage, and grading.  In some cases, there may be enough value in the trees being removed to pay for some of the site work.
